As the end of the Church year draws to a close we are reminded that this world will end. The disciples, 2000 years ago, lived with this awareness and as a result, they lived with a great sense of the eternal. Their commitment to Christ who would come again to judge the living and dead became very intentional. As we make our commitments we do so with the same heart and attitude.
