With 13 specific care ministries and over 140 volunteers dedicated to walking with others, Trinity offers comprehensive and Christ-centered care to the body of Christ at Trinity. Moms in Prayer
Fridays | 8:15-9:15 am | Care Room
Are you giving your child the greatest gift? God is working miracles in the lives of children and in their schools as moms set aside one hour each week to join other moms in united prayer. No matter which school your student attends, all moms are invited to join us in intentional prayer every Friday morning in the Care Room.
Stephen Ministry
What is Stephen Ministry?
Stephen Ministers provide high-quality, one-to-one, Christ-centered care to people in the congregation and the community experiencing life difficulties.
Are you going through a difficult time—emotionally, spiritually, or relationally? Are you lonely, experiencing a crisis, or simply stressed by everyday life? You don’t have to suffer alone. Our Stephen Ministers are trained caregivers, ready to listen, care for and encourage you, pray with and for you, and provide free, confidential care to help you through whatever it is that you are facing. Grief Ministry
Embracing the journey of grief, our Grief Ministry offers a compassionate space for individuals to find support, solace, and healing as they navigate the challenges of loss. Through a variety of programs and services, we walk with you on your grief journey, finding hope in the promises of Jesus Christ.
- Hope in the Midst of Loss | Grief Support Group meeting for 4 weeks at a time, offered a various times throughout the year.

Visitation Ministry
Our Visitation Ministry extends caring outreach to individuals who may be facing challenges or solitude by providing fellowship, prayer, and God’s Word and Sacraments. In addition to monthly in-home visits, Trinity brings comfort, companionship, and support to individuals through other regular and seasonal services like cookie baking, fellowship events at local care facilities, and Christmas caroling.
Meals Ministry
Our Meals Ministry extends a warmth and support through the preparation and delivery of meals to those facing challenging times, whether due to illness, grief, or life transitions. Sharing homemade dishes, we seek to provide comfort, support, and a tangible expression of Christ’s love to our church community in times of need.
Stitches of Grace Ministry
Prayer Shawls
Created by hand, with love, and prayed over, these beautiful shawls are given to those in crisis as a reminder of God’s provision and love.
Sewing Projects
Trinity provides caring hands for the completion of simple mending and sewing projects to those who are unable to accomplish this on their own.
Transportation Ministry
Our Transportation Ministry is dedicated to ensuring that no one walks alone. Whether it’s a ride to church or fellowship activity, we extend a helping hand, connecting hearts through shared journeys and demonstrating the love of Christ in practical ways.
Crisis Care Support
Guided by professionalism and Christ-centered care, we offer attentive listening, fervent prayer, and thoughtful triage to address members’ needs. Our aim is to connect individuals with the most fitting support, be it through pastoral care, existing church ministries, or external resources.
Special Connections Ministry
Trinity’s Special Connections Ministry offers opportunities for creative and flexible ways of worshiping, learning about God, and growing in faith for individuals with emotional, intellectual, and physical disabilities and their families.
Join us for our monthly Special Connections Worship Service on the Last Sunday of every month at 4:00 pm.
