Trinity Waconia is currently seeking candidates to fill the following positions:

Trinity Lutheran School in Waconia, MN is seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to fill a full-time middle school (5-8) teacher position for the 2025-2026 school year. We are seeking candidates with credentials and/or experience in social studies. The position is full-time and would involve teaching grades 5-8 in a departmentalized setting. Candidates must have strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a positive learning environment. Applicants must possess a current teaching license; LCMS synodical training and/or experience in Lutheran education with technology integration are preferred.

Trinity Lutheran School is seeking a dedicated, part-time Elementary Aide to support teachers and students in a dynamic learning environment. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one or small-group support, supervising students, and helping maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere while supporting the spiritual growth of each student. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and passionate about working with children. Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus but not required. This position is a .5 FTE.

The Ministry Coordinator serves the Trinity community by providing support to the school, ministry groups, communications, and office staff to enhance hospitality, efficiency, information flow, and operational effectiveness.
