Trinity Preschool
We believe in educating the whole child – mind, body, and spirit. At Trinity, your child will be immersed in a loving and caring atmosphere. Surrounded by Christian teachers committed to partnering with parents to enable children to develop, learn, and grow in a caring, nurturing environment. Through age-appropriate skills (social and emotional play with fine and gross motor skills) your child will grow in all areas of their lives. Daily, they will learn new vocabulary, phonic sounds, explore shapes, and develop fine and gross motor skills all within a Christ-centered environment.

Diane Weber – Preschool Director
Diane Weber is a Minnesota native who grew up in Tonka Bay. She graduated from Concordia St. Paul with a BA in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. She feels blessed to be in her 23rd year of teaching preschool at Trinity Waconia.
Mrs. Weber’s goal in teaching preschool is to create a loving and caring, Christian environment for children to grow and develop. She aims to educate the whole child – socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically, and spiritually. One of her greatest joys is seeing the excitement that children bring to the classroom each day. She loves getting to know the children and their families and strives to create a sense of belonging within the Trinity community.
Mrs. Weber lives in Victoria with her husband, Mat. They have two grown children, Jenna and Nathan, who attended Trinity from preschool through 8th grade. Jenna is a teacher at Southview Elementary and Nathan is an accountant at Ernst & Young. Mrs. Weber enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for walks, and watching sporting events.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight”. Proverbs 3:5-6
